Lighting Perfection Policies

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return items within 14 days of the receipt of your order. Items will be fully refunded less a 15% restocking fee and the cost to ship the product originally. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs and arrangements back to the warehouse. Item must be unused (never installed) and in fully resalable condition. Original box and all parts/packing materials must be included with your return. Unfortunately custom made orders are not refundable. Items that are custom will be clearly marked as such.

Return Procedure: Please contact us via email or phone to request a return. Lighting Perfection must provide you a return authorization number (RMA) before an item is returned. Items shipped back without RMA may not be refunded. In many cases, items will be returned directly to a manufacturer's warehouse, so please read instructions carefully on where to return your item. We will provide you instructions within 1-2 business days of your return request. Once RMA is received, items must be shipped within 1 week. Items received will be inspected and credits will be issued within 2 weeks of item receipt.

Damaged/Defective Items: Boxes are packed very well, so damages are rare, however, they can happen. Contact us immediately if you receive an item that is damaged. We will determine whether your item can be fixed with a replacement part or if a whole unit is required, and we will send the replacement part or unit as soon as possible. However if you want to return a damaged good without replacement, standard return procedures and terms apply.
